Education: 1994 – 1998 Levan received his education at Tbilisi State University at the Faculty of Economics

In 2009, he founded “TMC” LLC together with Mamuka Mardaleishvili and still holds the position of auditor in the same company.
In 2006-2007 and 2008-2009, Levan worked as an auditor at “ABC” Ltd.
In 2007-2008, he held the position of senior analyst at TBC Bank JSC.
In 2005-2006, he was the chief accountant at “Black Sea Group” LLC.
In 2004-2005, he was an auditor at “Black Sea Audit” LLC.
In 1998 – 2004, Levan was a senior inspector in the Revenue Service of the State Government.
